single 4473. combining multiple orders

If you have multiple sales IDs but only need to generate one 4473 ID for all of them, you can assign the same 4473 ID to the sales IDs by following the steps below before the customer fills out the 4473 ID.the customer fills out the 4473 ID, 

1. Go to the suspended sales > search for the customer's name > Unsuspend the first Sales ID > Click 4473 Hold to generate the 4473 ID
2. Then go back to the suspended sales > Assign the 4473 ID that you just created to the other sales ID by clicking unsuspend > Click the Empty field on the sales screen > Choose the 4473 ID number to assign > Suspend the sales ID to 4473 Hold
3. Go to Manage 4473 to check if the 4473 ID has both serial numbers and then you should be good to let the customer fill out form 4473. customer
