How to Create NFA Bound Books and Redirect Receiving Items There

To create an NFA bound book, start by clicking on the Bound Book module and click "Manage Bound Book":

There, create a bound book by clicking "Add Bound Book" (1). Name it "NFA" (2). On its right side, a column named "Types", populate the product typed that you want to go to that NFA bound book (3) -- for example, you want revolver gun records to go there -- Type in "Revolver" and a list shall pop-up (4). You can put as many Types as you want -- all of them, after being accomplished in the Receivings screen, shall be redirected to the NFA bound book instead of the Default one (PRIMARY). Do not forget to click "Save".

Meanwhile, you can edit the Product's Type by going to Inventory > Find the product of your choice > Item Info.
