This is an overview of the form builder section of your CRM. You can create fully customized forms for new lead funnels, signup pages and calendar scheduling!
Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.
Different Tabs
You have three different tabs to navigate between when creating and editing forms:
- Fields - This tab allows you to add new fields and components to your form. Click here to learn more about the fields tab: Fields Tab
- Styles - Here you can change the look and feel of your form. Click here to learn more about the styles tab: Styles Tab
- Options - Where you change components like name and tracking data. Click here to learn more about the options tab: Options Tab

Integrate Form
You can embed your form onto your webpage, or use a custom form link where visitors can access the form.

Embed Your Form
The first way you can integrate your forms is by embedding them into a website or sales funnel. In order to do that, you would need to copy and paste this snippet of code into your webpage.
We recommend having your web developer do this for you if you are unfamiliar with the process.

You can easily copy this code by pressing this button at the bottom right corner of this section.

Custom Form Link
The second way to integrate your form is to use a custom link and send it to your customers or prospects. This link is a custom generated link that will only show this form when clicked. This is a great way to keep the focus of your customers or prospects on the form and have them actually filling it out!

To open the custom link and review your form in real-time, click in the bottom right corner of this section.

Save Form
Make sure you save all of your form progress! Don't worry, when you save you will remain in the form builder. It is just a good habit to save the form as you go.

Click the "Start Help Guide" button in this section of your CRM to start an interactive, guided tour and learn more about the components found in this section and how to use them!
