Customer Booked Appointment

In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it.

This workflow trigger runs when the customer books appointment themselves. This means that the workflow will only trigger when your team doesn't book the customer on any of their calendars rather, the customer books the appointment themselves.

Has Tag

By clicking on the "Has tag", this workflow will only trigger when the contact with a tag book an appointment themselves.

For example, a customer with a "20% discount voucher" tag who wants to avail of this promo decides to book an appointment.

In Calendar

By clicking on the "In calendar", you can select any of your team's calendars for this workflow. Once a customer booked an appointment themselves on this specific calendar, this workflow will trigger.

So if you have different calendars for your teams, this is the best way to have a contact book their appointment on a specific calendar.
