Changing Bound Books Due to FFL Change

In order to do this, you will first export your in-stock firearms to an Excel sheet:You can then select the records you want to dispose of in the system and dispose of those multiple records at once to your new FFL

NOTE: After disposing the records You would have to update your FFL information by going to Company > Locations > Edit > Bound Book > Fill out the FFL Number & Expiration > Save

When you create your new bound book, you'll want to make sure that under Bound Book > Manage Bound Book, you make the new book Default. If you have Types assigned to your old book, you'll want to move those as well. This will keep any firearm you receive in from going into that old bound book:

On the Excel sheet with your in-stock firearms, you will want to update the acquired information to be your old FFL info. After this, submit a Help Desk ticket here to let us know that you need your firearms switched over and upload the Excel sheet to the ticket, and we will import the sheet into your new book.
