What are coreTAGS?

coreTAGS are Digital Price Tags that we offer as an additional product. The coreTAG series allows businesses to seamlessly manage, easily create, reduce waste, provide stock status, and more.

These tags utilize E-ink technology. E-ink differs from other display technology by producing a more natural look, visually similar to actual paper. 

Access Points

You can have 10,000 tags per access point.

Using coreTAG

You will access coreTAG by clicking on "Tag Scanner" or "Register Tags". 

Design for tags is generally handled by Coreware per customer specifications. 

Register Tags

The Tag ID is on the back on the bottom.

When you type it in, it will show green when it registers successfully.

First time you register a tag, it can take a long time, usually around 30 minutes.

Tag Scanner

Tag Scanner is where you will associate an item with a tag. You can scan or type in a UPC. 

Enter the item you want to associate, choose the one that has a selling price.

Then enter the tag ID.

It should then say "Success, tag associated" in the top right corner after saving.

If not, you will receive an error and need to check back to make sure that the tag has been registered.

It will flash between the red/white and black state while it associates. 

You can customize name, barrel length, etc. with the Item Name.

Go to the item (Inventory > Items) and click edit. Edit the Item Name and click Save.
