How to Cancel, Void/Delete a suspended sales

Here's the process on how to cancel the suspended sales and refund them

Suspended sales with Credit Card Transaction payment

• Go to Sale > New Sale > Suspended sales > Unsuspend the sales > Click Void/Delete > Yes
  
• The system will ask you if you would like to refund the customer, Hit Yes/NO and It's done
  

Suspended Sales With Cash payment 

• Go to Sale > New Sale > Suspended sales > Unsuspend the sales > Click the X icon next to Cash to remove the payment and then Click Void/Delete > Yes
  
  

If you have a Layaway and you need to charge the customer some amount due to the Cancellation Fee and need to use the Same Sales ID Layaway

• Go to Sale > New Sale > Suspended sales > Unsuspend the sales > Remove the Actual Firearm > Add the non Inventory Item such as "Cancellation Fee" (you can create different service items depends on your company preferences) > Add the amount that you need to charge to the customer > Remove the Actual Firearm > and then hit continue and complete the sale
