Whether you want to make your Google and Facebook review management more efficient or automate your review responses, our feature offers two distinct modes: Suggestive and Auto-Pilot. In this guide, we'll walk you through how to make the most of these modes and explain the pricing structure.

Getting Started with Reviews AI

Accessing Reviews AI: To get started, log in to your account and navigate to Reputation tab.  The Reviews AI feature is available on the Reviews Section. 

To enhance customer engagement, Reviews AI offers two powerful modes: Suggestive Mode and Auto-Pilot Mode. These modes help automate the process of generating and managing reviews, thereby increasing efficiency and ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Suggestive Mode

How it Works

  • In Suggestive Mode, the AI generates review responses for your review team to approve and edit as necessary before they are posted.
  • This mode ensures that the tone and content of the responses align with your brand’s voice, giving your team control over the final output.

  • Allows for quick adjustments and customizations to fit specific situations.

Steps to Use Suggestive Mode

  1. Navigate to Your Sub-Account Settings:
    • Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
    • Select the Reviews AI section.
  2. Enable Suggestive Mode:
    • Toggle the switch to enable Suggestive Mode.
    • Review and edit the AI-generated suggestions before posting

Auto-Pilot Mode

How it Works

  • Auto-Pilot Mode automates the entire response process, allowing the AI to post responses directly without human intervention.
  • The AI is trained to handle various types of reviews, from positive to negative, ensuring prompt and appropriate replies.


  • Saves time by eliminating the need for manual review and approval.
  • Ensures timely responses, which can improve customer satisfaction and engagement.

Steps to Enable Auto-Pilot Mode

  1. Go to the Reviews AI Section:
    • Navigate to the Settings in your sub-account settings.
    • Select the Reviews AI section.
  2. Enable Auto-Pilot Mode:
    • Toggle the switch to enable Auto-Pilot Mode.
    • Customize settings to define the parameters for automatic responses (e.g., tone, length).

  • Customization: Both modes offer customization options to fit the unique needs of your business. This ensures that all responses remain consistent with your brand identity.
