Setting Up a 4473 Form Kiosk

Are you getting frustrated trying to set up your 4473 kiosk? Are you about to break something out of anger? Well before you do please watch this video. In this video, Rachael will run through all the quick and easy steps of setting up your 4473 Kiosk. 

To set up a 4473 Kiosk, go to 'Employees' and 'New Employee'.

Name this employee '4473 Kiosk' and set up a simple password (example: zip code of business address, last four digits of business phone number). Scroll down and only give it permission to 'Fill Out 4473'. 

With the kiosk you'll be using, go to https://yourstore.corestore.shop/index.php/boundbooks/fill_form4473_2020 (change where it says 'yourstore' to the name of your store) and log in as 4473 Kiosk.

You will be prompted to this screen: 

NOTE:

The code required is the 4473 ID and the customer's last name. For example, if the ID is 1001 and the customer's last name is Smith, the code will be 1001Smith. 

After entering the code, the customer will be prompted to fill out Section B.
