How to enter phone orders in coreFORCE

To enter phone orders into coreFORCE, do the following:

In Orders > Manually Add Order, you can pick the customer from contacts, and then enter all all the data you would normally put in for an order. You can enter the products in the Order Items grid (Note: start typing the name or product code and then hit the Tab key to select the product), and you can set the sale price to whatever you want.

The downside of the Manually Add Order screen is that everything is manual. Your rep will have to calculate tax and shipping, and if the customer is going to pay by credit card, they will have to manually enter the charge on your merchant portal and copy and paste the reference number, authorization code and transaction ID into the payments section.
