Adding Video Element
Gone are the days when text used to be the only option when sending emails. With your CRM, you can literally embed videos from YouTube without having any tech skills.
Here's where you can find this option of adding a video element in your email builder.
Editing Video Element
Clicking on the pencil icon of the video element within the email builder gives you access to edit video settings to customize the video URL, thumbnail, thumbnail URL, height, width, play-button size and opacity, and padding as usual. Below is the image for your reference.
