Store Accounts Section Guide

In the Settings module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Store Accounts section.

• Customers Store Accounts (1): Check this box to enable store accounts for customers. For more information on how customer store accounts work, see How to Set Up the Customer Store Accounts in coreSTORE
• Default Credit Limit (2): Input the highest amount of credit that a customer/supplier can reach (can be changed per individual customer/supplier in that customer/supplier's settings).
• Suppliers Store Accounts (3): Check this box to enable store accounts for suppliers. For more information on how supplier store accounts work, see Supplier Store Accounts
• Disable Store Account When Over Credit Limit (4): Check this box to block a customer/supplier from building a credit that goes higher than their credit limit. Before they can add more to their account, they must pay down the balance.
• Store Account Statement Message (5): Input what you want the customer to see concerning their store account. ?????
• Hide Store Account Payments in Reports (6): Check this box to not show store account payments in reports.
• Hide Store Account Payments From Report Totals (7): Check this box to not include store account payments in report totals.
