Items Sub-Module Overview

The Items sub-module (found in the Inventory module) is where your items inventory is housed. This sub-module consists of three sections.

(1) The Search Bar

You can use the search bar to narrow down the item you are looking for by (A) typing in what you are looking for, (B) selecting from the drop-down lists which fields or categories you want to search, (C) checking the Subcategories box if you want to search only for items that have a sub-category assigned to them, or (D) checking the In Stock box if you want to search only for items that are in stock. In order to complete your search, click the Search button (E).

(2) + New Item and More Options

 Click the + New Item button (F) in order to add a new item into your store manually (for more information on adding new items, see New Item Screen Overview). Clicking the "..." button (G) shows a drop-down menu (H) that gives you more options for interacting with the Items sub-module and the Inventory module (for more information about each one of these options, see Items Sub-Module Extra Options Overview).

(3) Items List

The items list will show you a list of the items that you have added to your coreSTORE. It tells you how many items you have added (J), and clicking on the gear button (K) allows you to choose which columns you want to show, or rearrange the order in which the columns appear in the list.

For each item, there is a checkbox (L) that you can check to select an item or items, which shows more options for interacting with the item(s), an Edit and ... button (M) for actions for that item, columns (N) that tell you details about the item(s), and an image (O), which magnifies when hovering the cursor over it.
