Locations Sub-Module Overview

The Locations sub-module (found in the Inventory module) is where your locations are listed and managed. This sub-module consists of three sections.

You can use the search bar to find the location you are looking for by typing in the name of the location.

If you have purchased a license for an additional location (if you have not done so but need to add another location, click here to go to the Help Desk and submit a ticket), Coreware will add a new location filled with default information for you to your coreSTORE using the + New Location button (A). Clicking the "..." button (B) shows a drop-down menu (C) that gives you more options within this sub-module.

(3) Locations List

The locations list will show you the list of locations using your coreSTORE. It tells you how many locations you have (D), and, for each location, there is a checkbox (E) that you can check to select a location or locations, which shows more options for interacting with the location(s), an Edit button (F) which will bring you to the Update Location screen where you can configure that location, and columns (G) that tell you details about the location(s).

If you have purchased a license for an additional location (if you have not done so but need to add another location, click here to go to the Help Desk and submit a ticket), Coreware will add a new location filled with default information for you to your coreSTORE. After the new location has been added, you will need to go into that location's profile and edit the default information to customize the location to your needs. To do so, click the Edit button (F) which will bring you to the Update Location screen where you can configure that location (for more information about this screen, see How to Configure Locations).
