How to Manage Deleted Items

When you delete an item in coreSTORE, the item is not actually deleted from your coreSTORE, it is just moved to the Deleted Items screen. If you need to view or retrieve an item from this screen and return it to the Items sub-module, select the Inventory module (1) (which automatically brings you to the Items sub-module of the Inventory module), click on the "..." button (2), then select Manage Deleted Items (3).

On the Deleted Items screen you can use the search bar to narrow down the item you are looking for by (A) typing in what you are looking for, (B) selecting from the drop-down lists which fields or categories you want to search, (C) checking the Subcategories box if you want to search only for items that have a sub-category assigned to them, or (D) checking the In Stock box if you want to search only for items that are in stock. In order to complete your search, click the Search button (E). 

The deleted items list will show you a list of the items that you have deleted from your inventory. It tells you how many items you have deleted (F), and clicking on the gear button (G) allows you to choose which columns you want to show, or rearrange the order in which the columns appear in the list.

For each item, there is a checkbox (H) that you can check to select an item or items, columns (J) that tell you details about the item(s), and an image (K), which magnifies when hovering the cursor over it.

In order to retrieve an item or items from this screen and return it to the Items sub-module, use the checkbox (H) to select the item(s) that you would like to retrieve, and a couple of options will show up above the deleted items list. You can undelete the item(s) by clicking on the Undelete button (L), thereby returning it to the Items sub-module, or if you selected the wrong item(s), you can click on the Clear Selection button (M).

Once you are done managing your deleted items, click the Done button (N) to return to the Items sub-module.
