Why Does it Say Someone Made a Note Who Didn't?

Sometimes in coreFORCE, a customer or the system might need to add a note an order. In cases where the customer used guest checkout, they will not have a user and the system will not know who to use so it will use the first Full Client Access user that it comes across.

In the following example, Joel did not create this note. HOWEVER, Joel's user was a Full Access User. So when the customer wrote back a note saying "Thanks" without a user, it used Joel's user to make the note as it was the first Full Access user that the system found.

This could happen in other situations as well but should not be cause for alarm. "NOTE FROM CUSTOMER" will always mean it's a note from the customer.
