Accessing the Images Tab

After you added pricing to the item kit by saving the changes you have made on the Pricing tab (for more information about the Pricing tab, see Item Kit Pricing Tab Guide), coreSTORE will automatically bring you to the Images tab.

Alternatively, if you are editing an existing item kit by clicking on the Edit button next to the item kit in the Item Kits list (for more information, see Item Kits Sub-Module Overview), you will initially be brought to the Item Kit Info tab (1). Click Images (2) to be brought to the Images tab.

[Note: If you need to return to the Item Kits sub-module of the Inventory module, either select the Inventory module from the sidebar or click the Done button (only available if editing an existing item kit).]

Images Tab Overview

[Note: Depending on where the item kit you are adding/editing is located in the Item Kits list (see Item Kits Sub-Module Overview), you can move to the other item kits in the list by using the Previous/Next Item Kit buttons (1) and (4). Depending on the location of the item kit, you will see either the Previous Item Kit or Next Item Kit button or both.]

In the Images tab, you can add an image to the item kit by adding a file from your device by dragging and dropping it into the area outlined with the blue hash-marks (2), or you can click this area and upload files from your device.

After you have added an image or images, you can manage the image or images. Each image will have its own box (3) in the Images tab containing the following options:

  • Delete Image (A): Check this box then click the Save button (5) to delete the image.
  • Title (B): Input a title for the image.
  • Alt Text (C): Input other text to describe the image.
  • Main Image (D): If you want the image to be the main image for the item kit, check this box.

After making any changes, remember to click the Save button (5). This will automatically save the images you have added to the item kit and bring up the Locations tab (for more information about this tab, see Item Kit Locations Tab Guide) of the New Item Kit screen. If you are editing an existing item kit, clicking the Save button is also important. However, instead of automatically bringing you to the Locations tab, it will save your changes then pop-up a dialog asking if you would like to continue editing the item kit by clicking the Continue Editing button (dismissing the dialog, keeping you on the Images tab of the Edit Item Kit screen), or return to the Item Kits sub-module by clicking on the Return to Item Kits button.
