Managing Stock/Inventory

Managing Stock and inventory is easy with coreSTORE.

 

RECEIVING

To Start a recieving transaction, navigate to the Receivings View.

Enter Item(s):


Finish Receivings Transaction:

 

Batch Receiving 

Go to the Receiving interface and select Batch Receiving from the "..."

Download the Spreadsheet template:

Enter the required data to populate the receiving and upload the file.

Complete the Receiving transaction.


 

MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS

Navigate to the Items View,

Click Inventory: 




Manually add or subtract from inventory.

 

DOING AN INVENTORY COUNT

To do an Inventory count, go to the Items view and click on the "..." dropdown button, and then select Count Inventory.


REPORTING

Navigate to Reports view and Select Inventory Reports:

 Select the Report and Select a date range:

 View report:

  

REORDER POINTS

 Navigate to the Items View,

 Click Edit on an Item:

 Scroll Down until you find the field for Reorder level In Item Information

 Enter the new amount and hit Save.

 

EMAIL ALERTS

 To set up email alerts for low inventory, Navigate to Locations View.

 Check the Box next to Receive Stock Alerts and enter your email address

 

MAKE PURCHASE ORDERS

Navigate to Receiving View,

Click Receive button and select Purchase Order from the Dropdown:

  Enter Items,

 Finish Purchase Order:

Look Up Purchase Order

Navigate to Receiving,

Select Suspended Receivings and Purchase Orders:

 Select a PO and Click Unsuspend
