The reason why it still reverts to zero are these fields in your Pricing tab:
Putting a zero in these fields would make the system assume that the 0 is a discrete number that can be multiplied with the Subtotal/Previous Item Price. Remember that any number multiplied to zero will be zero. Leave these fields blank if you want the price to be definitely based on your selling price.
