Attribution Conversion Report

 

This section allows you to track and analyze your revenue generated and your total percentage of sales based on metrics such as contacts in your CRM, opportunities, and sessions.

 

This section is fantastic for keeping track of your success moving leads through sales processes and how much revenue that is generating for your business.

 

NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.

 

Choose Source Type

 

Choose what data you would like to see in your attribution reports.

 

You can choose from Forms, Surveys, or Calendars.

 

 
Select Date Range

 

In order to properly analyze attribution data, you will need to filter and set specific date ranges.

 

 
Refresh Data

 

By clicking this button, you can refresh all the data below. This keeps you from having to refresh the browser tab/window to see up-to-date reporting.

 

 

 
Revenue Closed

 

Track how much revenue you've generated over a certain period of time.

 

 
Opportunities Closed

 

Track how many opportunities you've closed over a certain period of time.

 

 
Total Contacts

 

Track how many contacts you've accumulated over a certain period of time.

 

 
Total Sessions

 

Track how many sessions have been created over a certain period of time.

 

Sessions are made up of website traffic, forms, surveys, and calendar visits.

 

 
Revenue Closed - Timeline

 

Here you will see a timeline of your revenue generated over a certain period of time.

 

This will change as you change the date range in the top right corner of the screen

 

 
Opportunities Closed - Timeline

 

Here you will see a timeline of your opportunities closed over a certain period of time.

 

This will change as you change the date range in the top right corner of the screen.

 

 
Contacts Created - Timeline

 

Here you will see a timeline of your contacts created over a certain period of time.

 

This will change as you change the date range in the top right corner of the screen.

 

 
Sessions Created - Timeline

 

Here you will see a timeline of your sessions created over a certain period of time.

 

This will change as you change the date range in the top right corner of the screen.

Here you will see a timeline of your opportunities closed and which traffic source they came from.

 

The traffic sources include Organic Search (Such as Google & Yahoo), Social Media (Such as Facebook & Twitter), and Direct Traffic.

Contacts Created - Traffic

 

Source Here you will see a timeline of your contacts created and which traffic source they came from.

Show/Export Data

 

Clicking this icon will give you the ability to see exactly which contacts were created over a period of time, and export that data into an excel sheet.

 

You can do the same thing with opportunities closed.
