When it comes to setting up gun deals, there are two things you can configure:
1. Whether or not to show out of stock products (by default they are not shown)
2. What your shipping charges (flat rate) will be for 3 departments: Accessories, Ammunition, and Firearms
You can configure those items in System > Preferences > Client Preferences. Click on Add and find the Gun Deals items in the drop down list. Leave "Preference Qualifier" blank, and put the value you want in "Client Setting." Click on Save to add that preference to your system.
