The FIRST one of these that has a value is used.
- Look for a product price set on the product where the product price type has code "GUN_DEALS_SHIPPING_CHARGE".
- Look for a product price set on the product where the product price type has code "SHIPPING_CHARGE".
- Look for a set shipping charge for the manufacturer of the product.
- "Use 14.95, 10.95, 8.95 for Firearms, ammunition, and accessories." (this is just standard text that will show if nothing else is specified.
