There is a way to create a return label coreFORCE. You can do this with a Secondary Shipment.

  1. In the Orders Dashboard, open the order that needs to returned. If it has already been completed, you will have to reopen it to edit it.
  2. In the Shipments section, check the box for Secondary Shipment. Enter the quantity for the product to be returned as you would if you were shipping that product. Click Create Shipment.
  3. Click the truck icon to open the EasyPost label dialog.
  4. In the EasyPost dialog, the To and From columns both have a dropdown where you can select Customer, Dealer, or FFL addresses. Select Customer for From and Dealer for To. Make sure the rest of the details (weight, dimensions, etc.) are correct.
  5. Click Get Rates, select the rate you want to use for the return, and click Create label. The tracking number will be added to the shipment and a new tab will be opened with the label itself. You can save the label and email it to the customer to do the return shipping.

Note that you are paying for the return label through EasyPost, so if you do not intend to give the customer free return shipping, you will need to deduct the return shipping from their refund or charge them for it.

The Secondary Shipment button is to the far top-right under the "Shipments" section:
