In the Store Config module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Payment Types section.

  • Payment Types (1): Select/unselect the payment types you want to allow for use in your coreSTORE.
    • Preset Payment Types (A): All the preset payment types are set by default to allowed for use. To remove one of the preset payment types from use, click on the button for the payment type you don't want used in your coreSTORE, and the button will turn red and strikethrough the name of the payment type, as seen above with Online Payment.
    • Blank Space for Optional Payment Types (B): Here you can input additional payment types, for example, Net30.
  • Markup/Markdown Percentage (2): For every payment type included in (1), there will be a corresponding markup/markdown percentage. By default, they are all set to 0. To change, simply input the desired percentage in decimals, for example 1.5. Positive values will markup, negative values will markdown. For example: 2.5 will add 2.5%, while -2.5 will subtract 2.5%.

(Note: For any additional payment type you add, a markup/markdown percentage option will be added to the bottom of (2) once you add the payment type and refresh the screen.)

  • Default Payment Type (3): Choose from the drop-down list below (C) which payment type you want to be the default payment type selected when making a sale.

(Note: For any additional payment type you add, it will be added to the bottom of the drop-down list once you add the payment type and refresh the screen.)

  • Enable EBT Payments (4): Checking this box will enable EBT as a payment type (Also see EBT/Foodstamp Setup in coreSTORE).
  • Enable WIC (5): Checking this box will enable WIC as a payment type.
