Fulfillment Section Guide

In the Company>Settings module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Fulfillment section.

• Do NOT Tax Service Items For Deliveries (1): Checking this box will ensure that any service item (including the delivery fee) does not get taxed.
• Shipping Providers (2): Here you can add shipping providers. You can add multiple shipping providers, and each shipping provider can have multiple shipping rates that may change over time.
  • Name (A): Input the name of the shipping provider.
  • Rate Name (B): Input the name of the shipping rate.
  • Rate Fee (C): Input the fee for the shipping rate in decimals, for example 1.00.
  • Delivery Time In Days (D): Input the amount of days that it takes for a delivery to arrive using that shipping rate.
  • Default (E): Select the circle which corresponds to the default shipping rate for each shipping provider. Each shipping provider has its own default shipping rate, and each shipping provider can only have one circle selected at a time.
  • Delete (F): Select Delete to delete the last shipping rate for that particular shipping provider first, then continue as needed. If a shipping provider only has one shipping rate, the provider itself will be deleted.
  • Add (G): Select Add Rate to add a shipping rate to that particular shipping provider.
  • Sort (H): Using the arrow icons, you can change the order of how the shipping providers will appear in the Delivery Method tab of the Delivery option in Sales. Simply click on the arrow icon, hold down on your mouse, and drag the suspended sale to where you want (For an example of how this works, see the steps in process: Modules Section Guide). (Tip: For more information on deliveries, see How to Set Up Deliveries in Corestore)
  • Add Shipping Providers (J): Select Add Shipping Provider to add another shipping provider.
• Shipping Zones (3): Here you can add multiple shipping zones.
  • Name (K): Input the name of the shipping zone.
  • Zips (L): Input the zip code range for the shipping zone, for example 10000-30000.
  • Fee (M): Input the fee for the shipping zone in decimals, for example 1.00.
  • Tax Group (N): Select the tax group that applies to that shipping zone. The selectable options are the same as you specified in the Taxes section of Store Config (see Taxes Section Guide).
  • Delete (O): Select Delete to delete the shipping zone.
  • Sort (P): Using the arrow icons, you can change the order of how the shipping zone will appear in the Delivery Fees tab of the Delivery option in Sales. Simply click on the arrow icon, hold down on your mouse, and drag the suspended sale to where you want (For an example of how this works, see the steps in process: Modules Section Guide).
  • Add Shipping Zone (R): Select Add Shipping Zone to add another shipping zone.
• EasyPost API Key (4): Input the API Key used to connect EasyPost to your coreSTORE.
• EasyPost Test Mode (5): Checking this box enables a test mode to make sure that printing labels using EasyPost works in your coreSTORE.
