Customer Facing Display Section Guide

In the Company>Settings module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Customer Facing Display section.

• Remind Employee To Open Customer Facing Display (1): Check this box to enable a notification banner on the Sales screen reminding the employee running the register to open the customer facing display after opening a register.
• Show Customer Email & Phone? (2): Check this box to have the customer's email and phone displayed on the customer facing display.
• Show Account Balance? (3): Check this box to have the customer's account balance displayed on the customer facing display.
• Show Loyalty Points? (4): Check this box to have the amount of loyalty points the customer has earned displayed on the customer facing display.
• Background Color (5): Click on this field to use the color picker tool shown below (A) to choose the color you want to be the main (B) background color on the customer facing display. Alternatively, if you know the color hex of the color that you want to use, you can input it here instead of using the color picker tool, for example #151eed (the color hex that represents the main background color as shown below).
• Background Logo Color (6): Click on this field to use the color picker tool shown below (A) to choose the color you want to be the background color behind the logo (C) on the customer facing display. Alternatively, if you know the color hex of the color that you want to use, you can input it here instead of using the color picker tool, for example #16f02b (the color hex that represents the background color behind the logo as shown below).
