The Sales interface has an optional customer facing display.
This setup requires an additional monitor which is customer facing and informs them of transaction details and can be used to capture digital signatures.
Accessing The Customer Facing Display
Note: In order to customize the look and what is included in the customer facing display, see Customer Facing Display Section Guide.
To access the display, navigate to the Sales interface, click on the "..." dropdown, and select Customer Facing Display.
The customer facing display will appear. You now have information relevant to the sale.
When a transaction is completed the signature pad area will appear.
After the customer signs and clicks on the Done Capturing Signature button (outlined above), a thank you message will appear, completing the transaction.
In order to reset the customer facing display to the main screen, click the New Sale button above the receipt on the store's side of the display, as seen below.
When Using An iOS Device
Make sure you go into the settings for the Coreware app and turn on "Keep Screen On When Running".
