Customer Loyalty Section Guide

In the Store Config module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Customer Loyalty section.

  • Enable Customer Loyalty System (1): Check this box to enable a Customer Loyalty system. Once you check this box, this section will expand, as seen below.
  • Loyalty Program Option (2): Choose from the drop-down list which type of Customer Loyalty system you want to use, Simple or Advanced. For more information on how each option works, see How to Set Up the Customer Loyalty in coreSTORE.
    • If you choose Simple, this section will stay as is, with options (3), (4), and (5) available.
    • If you choose Advanced, this section will expand again as seen below, and options (3), (4), and (5) will be replaced by (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), (11).
  • Number Of Sales For Discount (3): Input how many sales the customer will need to complete in order to earn the discount input in (4).
  • Discount Percent Earned When Reaching Sales (4): Input what discount percent a customer will earn once they reach the amount of sales you input in (3).
  • Hide Sales To Discount On Receipt (5): Check this box if you do not want to show how many more sales a customer has to complete before they earn their discount.

  • Spend Amount To Point Ratio (6): Input into the top field (A) how much money the customer needs to spend in order to earn how many points that are input into the bottom field (B).
  • Point Value (7): Input how much money the customer needs to spend in order to earn one point.
  • Minimum Number Of Points To Redeem (8): Input the lowest amount of points required for a customer to redeem their points.
  • Loyalty Points Earned Not Including Tax (9): Check this box if you do not want a customer to receive points for the part of the price calculated with the tax, but only for the sale price.
  • Prompt To Use Points When Available (10): Check this box if you want the person running the sale to be prompted when a customer is able to use their points.
  • Hide Points On Receipt (11): Check this box if you do not want how many points that a customer earned displayed on the receipt.
