In the Store Config module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Employee section.
- Enable Time Clock (1): Check this box to have employees clock in/out when they login. For more information, see Timeclock
- Enable Time Clock Paid Time Off (2): Check this box to allow employees to view their time off requests or request time off when clocking in/out.
- Log Out Automatically When Clocking Out (3): Check this box to have employees automatically logged out of the system when they are clocking out.
- Enable Fast User Switching (Password Not Required) (4): Check this box to allow employees to switch users without having to enter their password by just selecting their name from the Employee drop-down list or by typing in their Employee Number/Username.
- Require Employee Login Before Each Sale (5): Check this box to require employees to login before they start a new sale.
- Reset Location When Switching Employee (6): Check this box to have the location reset to the default location when switching employees.
- Enable Facial Recognition (7): Check this box to enable the option to allow for employees to login using face recognition. For more information, see How to Add Facial Recognition Feature into coreSTORE
