In order to fully customize your experience with coreSTORE, you have the ability to setup custom fields within coreSTORE to fit your needs. You can create custom fields in many of coreSTOvRE's different modules, including Inventory (for Items and Item Kits sub-modules), Work Orders, Sales, PO & Receiving, Bound Book, Customers, Suppliers, and Employees.

Accessing the Custom Field Configuration Screen

 

In each the aforementioned modules, there is a "..." menu button (1), opening a drop-down menu for extra options for interacting with each module. To setup a custom field, select Custom Field Configuration (2) from the drop-down menu.

 

 

This will bring up the Custom Field Configuration screen. For each module, you can create up to 10 custom fields. The InventoryWork Orders, Sales, PO & Receiving, and Employees modules have the same custom fields setup, but the Bound Book, Customers, and Suppliers modules all have their own versions. Use the Index below to view the version of custom fields setup that you need.
