After creating a custom field for Work Orders, there are 2 possible places where this custom field will show.
- Bottom of the Edit Work Order Screen in the Additional Information Section: Here is where you will input the value for this field. This is the only place where you can change the value.
- Receipts: If you checked the Show On Receipt checkbox when creating the custom field, you will see on the receipt the value that you input into the custom field, but only after adding the work order and before completing the work order (you are not able to change the value here). You can view this receipt by clicking on the work order's Sale ID in the Work Orders list.
