Communication Management

 

Time window

 

This allows you to determine when you want to activate the workflow. Below are the two options;

 

    • Any Time: Allows messages to be sent from this workflow at any time.
    • Specific Time: Restricts actions from being sent outside the window you define.
    •  

 
Sender Address

 

Input the recipient's email address here.

 

It Gives your emails a default 'from name' and 'from email' address. You can override this by setting 'from name' and 'from email' in the email actions themselves.

 

   
Contact Management

 

Workflows having appointment-based input triggers will accept contacts multiple times regardless of whether “Allow multiple” is turned on or not.

 

Allow Multiple

 

By toggling this button on/off **** allows A Single contact to enter this workflow more than once.

 

 
Stop On Response

 

By toggling this button on/off **** ends workflow for a contact if the contact responds to a message that came from this workflow.

 

 
Conversation Management

 

Auto Mark as Read

 

By default, automated messages don’t mark conversations as read. Toggle this on if you want the conversations that this Workflow will interact with to be marked as read

 

 
Workflow Sequence Management

 

Event Start Date

 

Setting an Event Start Date & Time enables you to use Wait events that hold contacts for an amount of time relative to the Event Start Date & Time. Perfect for scenarios like reminders leading up to a webinar

 

The date and time selected will be based on the location time zone (America/New_York -05:00)

Draft vs Publish

 

By toggling on/off this button it activates or deactivates this workflow into "draft or publish".

 

 
Save

 

By clicking on this icon, it saves the workflow settings.

 

 
Dates Workflow Was Last Updated

 

Once you click save, this shows the dates the workflows were created or updated.
