There are three fixed categories you can add to help manage your products.
INACTIVE - Any product set to this category will be treated as if it's inactive. It will never show up in the online store.
INTERNAL_USE_ONLY This can be used if you don't want to set the product to inactive.
NOT_SEARCHABLE Any product in this category will not show up in the search results.
