Work Orders Section Guide

In the Company>Settings module, use the search box or the jump to drop-down menu to get you to the Work Orders section.

• Notify Technician Via Email (1): Check this box if you want technicians to be notified by email when they are assigned to a work order.
• Notify Technician Via SMS (2): Check this box if you want technicians to be notified by text message (SMS) when they are assigned to a work order (only works if you are signed up with Twilio, for more information, see Setting Up SMS Capabilities).
