Work Orders Module Main Options Guide

In the Work Orders module, there are checkboxes that you can check to select a work order or work orders, which shows options for interacting with the work order(s). You can select all of the work orders on the page you are currently on, based on your current search, by checking the checkbox at the top of the list in the column names row (A), or you can select a particular work order or a group of work orders by checking the checkbox(es) next to the work order(s) in the list (B).

Once you select the work order(s) that you want to interact with, several options will show at the top of the screen above the Work Orders List section.

• Click the Delete button (C) to delete the selected work order(s).
• Click the Clear Selection button (D) to un-select the work order(s) selected in the list.
• Click the Print Work Order button (E) to bring up the Print Work Order screen (shown below). On this screen, you can print the receipt(s) for the selected work order(s) by clicking the Print button (1), and view the receipt(s) before you print (2).
• Click the Print Service Tag button (F) to print a service tag/service tags for the selected work order(s) (for more information on how to print service tags for work orders, see Print Service Tags Screen Guide).
• Use the Change Status drop-down list (G) to change the status of the selected work order(s). If you decide that you do not want to change the status, select Change Status from the drop-down list (shown below). You can manage the work order statuses included in the drop-down list by using the Manage Statuses screen (for more information, see Managing Work Order Statuses in coreSTORE).
• Click the Excel Export button (H) to export the selected work order(s) to an Excel spreadsheet.
