Why did this product not dropship to the customer?

If an order that you expect to be dropshipped to a customer is shipped to your store location instead, it is because coreFORCE identified a dropshipping restriction that prevented the product from being shipped.  Check the following to identify why the product is not dropshipped:

  1. Is the shipping method marked as "pickup"?  Look at the "pickup" checkbox in Orders > Settings > Shipping Methods.
  2. Does the distributor support dropship at all?  See the following KB article: Integrated Distributors
  3. Is the product blocked from dropshipping?  Look at the "Cannot ship to customer" checkbox on the Details tab in Products > Products.
  4. Is the product blocked from dropshipping at the distributor?  Look at "Distributors who cannot dropship" in the Options tab in Products > Products.
  5. Is the product category blocked from dropshipping?  Look at the "Cannot ship to custom" checkbox on the Details tab in Products > Taxonomy > Categories.
  6. Is the manufacturer blocked from dropshipping?  Look at the checkbox "Cannot dropship anything" on the Details tab in Products > Taxonomy > Manufacturers.
  7. Is the department blocked from dropshipping at the manufacturer level?  Look at "Cannot dropship these departments" on the Distributors tab in Products > Taxonomy > Manufacturers.
