How To Find coreSTORE Inventory Value for a Specific Time

If you want to know the inventory cost at the end of day on the desired date, you would run the following formula:

First, you would run Inventory Reports > Inventory Summary, and take the Total Inventory Value amount.

Second, you would run Sales > Detailed Reports using a custom time frame starting the day after the desired date and ending today, and take the Cost of Goods Sold.

Third, you would run Receiving > Detailed Receiving Report using a custom time frame starting the day after the desired date and ending today, and take the Total.

Finally, you would follow this formula: (Total Inventory Value + Cost of Goods Sold) - Total.

Note: If you want to know the inventory cost at the start of the day on the desired date instead of end of day, instead of using a custom time frame starting the day after the desired date you would use the desired date itself.
