Special Product Tags and Categories in coreFORCE

The following product tags are referenced by the code in coreFORCE and will be treated in special ways.

• ALLOCATED - a product tag added to products that are in an allocation feed from a distributor
• BEST_SELLERS_BY_SALES - If this tag exists, best selling products will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
• BEST_SELLERS_BY_COREWARE_SALES - If this tag exists, best selling products across all Coreware sites will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
• CLASS_3 - A Class 3/NFA product that must be shipped to an FFL with an SOT
• CR_REQUIRED - A firearm product that can be shipped to a C&R license holder instead of a full FFL
• DEALER_CATALOG - For clients making their inventory available via API, if this tag exists, only products with this tag will be available via the API method get_catalog.
• FFL_REQUIRED - A firearm or other product that must be shipped to an FFL
• FFL_REQUIRED_XX (where XX is a state abbreviation) - A product that must be shipped to an FFL in a specific state (e.g. Ammo in CA)
• FINANCING_AVAILABLE - Products with this tag will display an option for financing
• IGNORE_MAP -Products with this tag will ignore the MAP price regardless of the manufacturer or system settings for MAP
• LOCAL_INVENTORY_ONLY - for products tagged with this tag, all distributor inventory will be ignored and only local inventory will be shown in coreFORCE.
• MAKE_OFFER - Products with this tag will show the "Make an offer" button to consumers
• MOST_SEARCHED - If this tag exists, most searched products will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
• MOST_SEARCHED_IN_ALL_COREWARE - If this tag exists, most searched products across all Coreware sites will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
  
• MOST_VIEWED - If this tag exists, most viewed products will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
  
• MOST_VIEWED_IN_ALL_COREWARE - If this tag exists, most viewed products across all Coreware sites will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
• OUT_OF_STOCK - products with this tag will be treated as out of stock regardless of inventory levels
• PRICE_DROP - if this tag exists, products whose base cost from a distributor drop by 10% or more (set by the preference PRICE_DROP_TAG_PERCENTAGE) will be tagged to highlight to consumers.
• TRENDING_PRODUCTS - If this tag exists, trending products will be tagged with this by the Tag Best Sellers background process
• XX_COMPLIANT (where XX is a state abbreviation) - A product that is not restricted in state XX (useful for filtering products for consumers that are allowed in their state)

The following product categories are referenced by the code in coreFORCE and will be treated in special ways.

• ALLOW_IN_CART - if a product has this category, it will be allowed to stay in a user's cart even if it would normally be removed
• DISCONTINUED - Added to products which are no longer available from any distributor's product feed and can not be ordered.  These products are hidden in search.
• EXCLUDE_GOOGLE - Products in this category will be excluded from the Google product feed even if they would normally have been included.
• HIDE_WHEN_SOLD_OUT - products with this category will be marked Internal Use only by a background process after their inventory drops to zero.
• INACTIVE - Products with this category will be treated as inactive and hidden regardless of the inactive flag on the product.
• INTERNAL_USE_ONLY - Products with this category will be treated as internal use only and hidden regardless of the Internal Use Only flag on the product.
• NOT_SEARCHABLE - Products with this category will be hidden from search regardless of the Not Searchable flag on the product
• XXXXX_EXCLUDE (where XXXXX is the name of a product feed) - Products in these categories will be excluded from the corresponding product feed (e.g GUN_DEALS_EXCLUDE, WIKIARMS_EXCLUDE)
