Why Items Opt for the Next Lowest Cost Instead of the Lowest Available from the Distributor?

In coreFORCE, items typically use the lowest available cost from distributors by default.

If an item does not use the lowest cost displayed in the inventory tab, it is often due to the lowest-cost distributor already allocating its available stock to pending orders.

In such scenarios, coreFORCE will intelligently opt for the next best available option to ensure the best price for the customer.
