Syncing my eCommerce: Is this a manual process or is it an automated process?

In general, the only time a customer needs to run a sync (whether it’s Ammoready or coreFORCE) is if they see things are off. We keep the systems in sync as follows:

  1. Any time an item is received in coreSTORE it updates the eCommerce.
  2. Any time an item is sold in coreSTORE in updates the eCommerce.
  3. Sales in the eCommerce can be automatically added into coreSTORE (some customers prefer to manually import one by one – in the delivery screen you can do this). The reason is that some orders are drop-shipped from a distributor so they don’t want that order in their system. (If you don’t enter an API in coreFORCE it won’t automatically transmit the order but you can still manually import it.)
  4. Items marked as eCommerce are automatically added to your eCommerce platform.
