How to Move Bound Book Records Between Multiple Locations

You can transfer a bound book record between locations by going to Purchasing > PO & Receiving and changing the type to transfer out.

After you select "Transfer Out," enter the product(s) (1), serial number(s) (2), and location(3). 

NOTE: Input the quantity that you intend to transfer, ensuring that it is a negative value. It should be negative because you are transferring it out of your inventory. 

Click "Complete Transfer."

When receiving the item into the new location, you will need to use the "Transfer In" type. 

Fill out the same fields: product(s), serial number(s), and transferring location, then click "Complete Transfer."
