The electronic "Bound Book" is used to record the acquisitions and dispositions of firearms for your business. Follow these steps to set your primary bound book up.
Before creating your Bound Book, the following things need to be done.
- Go to Company > Settings > Bound Book and check "Use Bound Book"
- If this is not checked, the Bound Book module will not show up on your dashboard
- Download the coreFFL Sync Application - To learn how CLICK HERE
- Update your Days Open for Business by checking the days that you are open. This is necessary to ensure that 3310s for multiple firearms sales are created properly.
Setting Up your Bound Book
- Go to Bound Book > Manage Bound Book
- Click "Add Bound Book"
- Ensure that the appropriate fields are completed and check "Default Book"
- Click "Done"
Note: The same steps can be used to create a Bound Book for Work Orders or Transfers.
