How to add a free-text field to an item

You are able to add notes to any line item of an order. To do this, you will click on the Notes icon. 

On your sales screen, you will see a box beside your item's name. You will click on this and it will open up a note box.

On the Enter Note pop-up you will be able to add your Note, Detailed Note, any pictures or files, and decide if this is an internal note or not. Once you have added your information, you will need to save

You will know this note has saved because the box is now filled in a solid color.
