Trying to do a layaway suspended sale. It's all set up per your instructions, but when I reduce the sale by a dollar amount it won't let me process a credit or debit card if it's not the full sale amount. It just applies the payment to the sale so we can suspend it, but won't prompt the terminal to let us swipe a card. Only works if you do cash it seems.
ANSWER:
Once you add the payment underneath, it should say "Process Credit Card".
Click that and it will send the information to your terminal.
